Kamal’s “Papanasam” ready for release

Kamal Haasan starrer “Papanasam” is ready for release. The Tamil movie is being directed by Jeethu Joseph and produced by Suresh Balaje in association with George Plus, Rajkumar Sethupathi and Sripriya Rajkumar. It has M Ghibran’s music, Sujith Vassudev’s cinematography and Ayoob Khan’s editing. Kalabhavan Mani, Asha Sarath, Niveda Thomas, Anant Mahadevan, Baby Esther, Roshan Basheer and others are in the cast. The original “Drishyam” starring Mohanlal and Meena broke box office records and became a big hit. Later, it was remade in Kannada starring Ravichandran and Navya Nair, followed by Telugu version starring Venkatesh and Meena.
