Actor Salman Khan calls on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in New Delhi.
Bollywood actor Salman Khan met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the latter’s official residence at 7, Race Course Road (RCR) here on Thursday evening. Salman is in the national capital to shoot for his upcoming movie ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. Earlier in October, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had invited Salman to join his ‘Swacch Bharat Abhiyan’.he ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ was launched nationwide to focus on sanitation, hygiene and waste management.
It encourages people to sweep, remove garbage, debris and unauthorized encroachments from roads, markets and residential places. The ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ aims at making India a clean country by 2019, the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
