Rani promotes film ‘Mardaani’

Actress Rani Mukherjee visit Ambaji temple for the success of film Mardaani, in Gandhinagar.

In order to seek blessings for her upcoming movie, ‘Mardani’, Rani Mukherjee on Saturday morning reached the famous Ambaji temple here. She participated at 7am aarti (prayer to almighty) and again visited the place to pay homage at around 9am.

After paying homage she interacted with the media and said-“I’m here because the almighty has called me. I prayed for the success of my coming films.”

It is worth mentioning here that these days she is in news because of her upcoming flick ‘Mardani’.

She reached here by road and after paying homage she went back to Ahmedabad

After paying homage Rani Mukherjee met CM Anandiben Patel

Actress Rani Mukherjee on Saturday, after paying homage at Ambaji temple met Chief Minister of the state Anandiben Patel. After meeting the CM in the afternoon she interacted with journalists and said that she is very happy to see the good condition of women in the state.

Women are being empowered here by the state government which is a good thing, she added.

She also requested that CM to motivate the women of the state to see her movie.
