Priyanka Chopra For many years now, I have usually been working on most of the important festivals. But now, I have decided that I need to make time to celebrate life and what it’s given me. So this year, even though I will be shooting, I will take time out to spend Diwali with my family and closest friends. I’ve left the planning to them, I will just arrive and partake in the festivities.
Tiger Shroff For me, Diwali is all about spending time with family. I have fond memories of the festival from my childhood. We usually have Lakshmi Puja at home followed by dinner.
Sonali Bendre This Diwali is going to be different because I will be busy working and at the same time, looking after my family, too. Nevertheless, I will buy gifts and sweets, but not crackers. For me, it has to be a safe and happy Diwali.
Neha Dhupia Every year, I try to be home for Diwali. However, it is not always possible due to work. Fortunately, this year, I have time off to be with my family and spend some quality time with them.
Arshad Warsi I am shooting in UK for my film. So, I will celebrate Diwali with my family via video chat, just like I did on Eid. But before that, I will go shopping and buy gifts for my kids and show them their surprises over chat. As for my shoot, we will hopefully pack up early and have a little Diwali party with the entire unit.
Yami Gautam This time, I’m celebrating Diwali in Chandigarh with my family. We will celebrate it in the traditional way by lighting diyas, making rangoli and doing puja. We believe in enjoying a cracker-less Diwali and will do the same this year as well. The festival is a great time to bond and reunite with loved ones.
